Suzannah Hayes
Of Counsel
Suzannah Hayes joined the firm in 2024. She concentrates her practice on HOA formation and residential land development. Prior to joining the firm, Suzannah spent 20 years handling title curative matters arising in foreclosure, and another 9 years handling residential real estate closings and residential land development for builders and developers.
Suzannah obtained her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Augusta University in Augusta, Georgia. Thereafter, she graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
In her spare time, Suzannah enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She also enjoys painting, gardening, and running.
