Our Attorneys

Stephanie Trotter Kellahan is a founding member of the firm and has been practicing law since 2009. She focuses her practice on representing community associations in a wide range of matters, including litigation, covenant enforcement, governance, and general counsel services. In addition to her work with community associations, Stephanie maintains a robust estate planning practice, advising clients on wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other essential planning tools.

Stephanie earned both her undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of South Carolina. During law school, she served as Association Justice of Competitions for the Moot Court Bar and competed nationally as a member of the ABA Competition Moot Court Team in Washington, D.C.

She is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association’s Community Association Law Committee and the South Carolina Chapter of the Community Association Institute.

Outside of her legal practice, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. A proud alumna, she also loves cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks.
