V. Morgan Bryant
Of Counsel
Morgan focuses primarily on litigation, employment law, and transactional matters impacting community associations and condominiums. Her practice includes day-to-day counseling regarding the management and operations of associations including general advice, document review, and drafting.
Morgan has over twelve years of community association law experience and is licensed to practice in both South Carolina and North Carolina. Prior to joining McCabe, Trotter, & Beverly, P.C., she worked for a civil defense firm in Asheville, North Carolina where she focused on business litigation, employment law, and community association law.
Morgan completed her undergraduate studies at Appalachian State University where she majored in political science and minored in criminal justice before attending Charleston School of Law. While in law school, Morgan served as Editor in Chief of the Charleston Law Review and also volunteered for the 16th Judicial Circuit Public Defenders Office of South Carolina.
Morgan is one of the founders and currently serves on the board of the Mountain Strong: Yancey and Mitchell County Relief Team, a non-profit that aims to provide disaster relief aid to those impacted by Hurricane Helene in her hometown community. In her free time, Morgan enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling with her family, and coaching her daughter’s little league sports teams.
