V. Morgan Bryant

Shareholder

Morgan focuses primarily on litigation, employment law, and transactional matters impacting community associations and condominiums. Her practice includes day-to-day counseling regarding the management and operations of associations including general advice, document review, and drafting.

Prior to joining McCabe, Trotter, & Beverly, P.C., Morgan worked for a civil defense firm in Asheville, North Carolina. While working for this firm, Morgan focused primarily on business litigation, employment law, and community association law.

Morgan completed her undergraduate studies at Appalachian State University before attending Charleston School of Law. While in law school, Morgan served as Editor in Chief of the Charleston Law Review and also volunteered for the 16th Judicial Circuit Public Defenders Office of South Carolina. She graduated Magna Cum Laude.

In addition to her legal work, in her free time Morgan enjoys spending time fishing and paddle boarding with her husband. She also loves playing with her golden doodle, Sullivan.
