Todd Musheff concentrates his practice on complex business litigation and transactional matters. Todd has over 25 years’ experience counseling clients on all aspects of business operation from creation to dissolution. Todd has appeared and represented clients in state and federal courts, before various governmental agencies and with mediators and arbitration panels.
Todd brings to the Firm a wealth of knowledge and experience from his diverse legal background. After law school, Todd clerked for the Honorable Justice Clifford Brown, Ohio Supreme Court. He later served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio and practiced internationally as the Attorney in charge of Environmental Legal Affairs, Republic of Palau. After returning stateside, Todd worked as an Associate and Special Counsel for two large firms and later opened his own practice before joining McCabe, Trotter & Beverly.
Todd and his wife Victoria have three children and reside in Mt. Pleasant. Todd is involved in his community as a member of the Daniel Island Rotary Club and as a director for his homeowners association. Todd also serves as a lector at St. Andrews Anglican Church.
