The son of an engineer and general contractor, Joel grew up working in construction and related businesses. Since becoming an attorney, he has prosecuted Insurance Fraud as an Assistant Attorney General and worked on a wide range of issues before the General Assembly while serving as a Research Director in the SC Senate. He now concentrates his practice on litigation and public policy related to construction and community association law.
